Whereas an architect has spent his/her life on producing drawings of buildings, and an artist has made a series of works of art, the body of my life’s work (my oeuvre) consists of texts.
I’ve spent most of my life on writing academic texts, most of them for publication — books, edited volumes (anthologies), scholarly journal articles, book reviews — but also unpublished texts, like lecture and seminar manuscripts, etc.
I have also written a number of popular texts, including books, newspaper articles, popular magazine articles, etc.
Most of this texts are preserved in the archive. On the subpages they are listed separately according to categories.
I’m also about to make a chronological list of all my writings in which the categories are blended to give a sense of the development of my thinking over the last 50+ years irrespective of genre.
